Yes — material specifications, timing, and process are all adjusted for elevation. Concrete at 8,465 ft in Woodland Park requires different air entrainment than concrete at 4,662 ft in Pueblo. Sealcoating timing is adjusted for each community’s frost risk window. We account for every elevation.
How far out do you serve?
We provide asphalt and concrete services across the Colorado Springs area — from Pueblo (~45 min south) to Monument (~20 min north), Woodland Park (~30 min west) to Peyton (~35 min east). If you’re outside these areas, call — we occasionally take projects beyond our standard service area for the right job.
Can you serve HOA communities in Monument or Falcon?
Yes — HOA community road paving, resurfacing, and maintenance programs throughout our full service area. Formal bid documentation for board approval, phased work around residents, and full project documentation for HOA records.
What if I have a very long rural driveway in Peyton or Black Forest?
Long rural driveways are something we handle regularly in both Peyton and Black Forest. Driveways from 50 feet to several hundred feet. The estimate always includes a personal site visit — rural terrain and access affect scope in ways a phone conversation can’t capture.
