How long does a site visit take?
Typically 15–30 minutes for residential projects. Larger commercial projects may take 30–60 minutes depending on scope. Oldan works efficiently and respects your time.
How quickly will I get my written estimate?
Usually within 24 hours of the site visit. For straightforward residential projects, often the same day. We don’t make you wait a week to find out what your project costs.
Do you do estimates on weekends?
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM–5PM. For scheduling flexibility, call us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Your address, a rough description of what you need (driveway, parking lot, sealcoating, etc.), and an approximate size if you know it. We’ll get the rest when we visit.
Can you estimate both asphalt and concrete on the same visit?
Absolutely — if you’re deciding between materials, Oldan will assess the site and give you pricing for both options so you can make an informed decision.
Do you estimate commercial projects?
Yes — commercial parking lots, HOA communities, apartment complexes, churches, retail centers, and office buildings. Commercial estimates take a little longer given the scope but the process is the same: free, written, no pressure.
